1. Services Thomas Family Handyman provides handyman and home repair services. All projects are subject to a written estimate or agreement. Work begins only after acceptance of the estimate and receipt of any required deposit.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed.

• Make the site safe and free of hazards

6. Limitation of Liability Thomas Family Handyman is not responsible for damages caused by factors outside our control, including misuse, normal wear and tear, or work performed by others. Our liability is limited to the repair of our workmanship under the warranty terms.
