Refund Policy - the basics

All payments for services provided by Thomas Family Handyman are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds once a project has started, except in the rare case where we are unable to complete the agreed project due to our own fault.

If we cannot finish the project through no fault of the customer, we will work with you on a fair resolution, which may include a partial or full refund at our discretion.

All refund requests must be made in writing.

Limited Labor Warranty

Thomas Family Handyman provides a 100% labor warranty for 18 months from the date your project is completed.

We will cover the full cost of labor to fix any defects in our workmanship during this 18-month period.

What is NOT covered:

  • Materials or parts

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear

  • Work done by anyone other than Thomas Family Handyman

  • Any other damages beyond our labor costs

To make a claim, contact us in writing as soon as possible. We will inspect the issue and make the repair at no labor charge if it is covered under this warranty.

This is a limited warranty and replaces all other warranties. Some states may give you additional rights.
